I’ve seen “family” as buzzwords elsewhere. Here? People first—always.
Health > everything. Grateful for a rare, truly human team. Hold on to yours.

Has anyone else felt like they were blindly drinking the “kool aid” about their PG/firm’s culture? As a 5th year associate who has only ever worked in one firm and has no point of reference for different “cultures”, I sometimes wonder if I’ve been brainwashed.

I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). I had HR discussion with TCS today. My current CTC is 20 lpa and I have an offer for 26.5 , expecting one from Genpact for 28.5. The TCS HR said they can provide 27 as CTC and I asked for 28 max. She said she'll check and get back in 2 days.
