What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

Oh is it ? I always think that after Accenture I will try in deloitte or EY as people used to say its a brand and you always get implementation projects and good hikes and all.
Its just your team is not good ?
Also its been 6 months you are here. I guess its fine, you can start looking and change. You can always give reason that work was not as per your expectations.
If you can get 20% hike then its fine. If your salary is as per market standards then fine. Mental peace and good environment is more important
Completely project dependent. I worked previous in 3 of orgs but I found people in Deloitte way helpful. Not saying that wlb is good ( it sucks) but project and people are good.
I would suggest to wait for a year , since I also felt that way you are feeling in the first year. Also if possible, go to office and meet in person, that is very important.
Virtual connection can be till an extent.
I agree

Am looking out after just few months in EY.. agree with your assessment.. except for money nothing great about big4
As you have already completed 5 months you can switch if you are not comfortable

I believe half of the people who have joined deloitte Last year from non big 4 and Accenture brands are struggling to cope up with work load. It's mostly because wfh has made people a little more relaxed than earlier. Whereas in deloitte wfh culture is from beginning, and people know how to collaborate.
Most of the people are just plain silent because of the signing bonus they got. They had demanded high bonuses while joining for ditching other companies and now, they cannot cope up, and want to leave, but leaving means pay the full bonus amount back to the company.
