Yes. They work, but are just less effective. I'm currently on ones expired 2 years ago cause I've been lazy getting a refill.
You take the same amount you normally would, and just deal with the reduced effectiveness. I wouldn't advise going away from your prescribed dosages, that's a risk I, nor anyone else, should advise you on.
This is all going on the assumption that these are your meds and have the prescribed amount given by your doctor. Not old meds your friend doesn't want or need anymore and gave them to you for performance enhancement.
