A year ago I was approved for a security analyst position for a new team, but it seems that Google gave up on creating this team right before the offer stage. The recruiter told me that the interview result was valid for 18 months and I could email her about similar positions she could refer me to, so I'd try and get an offer. After late replying to my first email with some open positions, she just stopped replying to me, and I believe in being ghosted. I'm losing very good open positions.(cont)

I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these?
