Can anyone give any insight into transitioning from bedside to clinic research? Everytime I look online there seems to be certificate programs that may or may not be a scam/waste of money. Would appreciate any thoughts, insight, personal experience, referral., etc.!

I have worked my way up in Insurance for 4 years but the 1st year being an intern/front desk/admin and was promoted twice and now an account associate helping my AMs/AEs manage our Producers' books of business. I was recently approached by a big brokerage for a Client Manager position.
