About to take a 12+ hour flight and with my ADHD i can already feel my skin crawling with the feeling of being trapped. Any tips that seem to work for other?

I do a lot of my life administrative work that I don't have the attention span to do when I'm not on a flight without the Internet. I know that seems silly, but I do things like clean out my camera roll, make a to-do list of everything I need to get done, catch up on a bunch of things I've been needing to read and podcasts I've been wanting to listen to you. I always try to go into a flight with a bunch of things to do and then I'll end up sleeping the entire time anyway 😆 but at least I try.

Is that a symptom of ADHD? I am recently diagnosed and I always thought that feeling of being trapped meant that I am claustrophobic. I'll have to look into this more!

Books, both physical and digital, on a variety of subjects. Drawing pad, crafts (non messy of course). Logic puzzles. Basically any collection of varied mind absorbers. That lets me switch between multiple things.

Closing on my first home. Advice for anyone with student loans in administrative forbearance per the Cares act: once your offer is accepted have you student loan servicer put your account back in repayment status.

Accounts in forbearance, even administrative forbearance, are calculated at a higher monthly payment by the underwriter.

My fictitious debt to income ratio was too high for them to approve me, and it took seven days for my loan to be officially back in repayment. So just a heads up.

My boss assigns projects with unclear expectations and provides no guidance on how to achieve them.

I've asked for help, and, to avoid a long post, she expects me to figure it out. Perhaps you go through this too, but when I don't have a clear guide on completing big projects, it paralyzes me because I don't know where to start. On top of that, I have anxiety, so "it has to be perfect".

Hi! I’m a young professional with less than 2 years experience, started a new job 1.5 months ago. I’m having quite some difficulties on balancing out my response time to tasks. Just restarted stimulants and already I'm dealing with twitches again. Does anyone else get these? No type of pain or anything just every once and a while my body will twitch strongly. Afterward I feel normal, but it's a bit annoying, and I can't control it at all which is a little disconcerting. Don't remember this from when I took stimulants as a kid, but it's been a while.
