Need help,I am joining @VMware Banglore on 27th June. During interview I told them I need wfh. They said it wil be wfh this entire year. Only mistake I did was i didn't permanent wfh. I took for granted like once I join i can opt for it ( as my VMware friends had said we can opt for it)
Now the offices have started, I am scared if they call me to office , I have 14months son, not willing to leave him n go for office.

So if I ask manager to give me permanent wfh will they agree ?

Heyy does anyone have any tips for an entry level media planner? I graduated last year and landed a FT offer at an agency. What’re the various agencies/components’ return to office dates (if announced)? And what’re the remote work policies after that date? I hear DOJ said their individual components will decide when exactly to return between mid-March and early May and some are offering a lot of remote flexibility even after then. Curious to hear more details though, both for specific DOJ components and other agencies!

I am currently expecting, have informed my team. Since the organisation is in hybrid mode, when discussed earlier i was told that it is flexible in terms of wfh depending on my health condition. I have not recieved any confirmation regarding laptop delivery,Wfh or wfo.
I have asked from my HR so ge mentioned please be ready,You MAY need to work from office as per business requirements.
