I’ve done some soul searching of late and established I’d love to be offered a FTE role in my current company. I think this is partly due to never having had a full time job which I’ve enjoyed and which have valued my contributions. I think this is due to wanting to feel accepted. I started my new job completely remotely in June and when we go back to the office, it would be a 1.2 hour, 40-mile one way commute.. Would it be entitled of me to ask to come into the office 3x/week since by the time that we return to the office, I’ve already proven that I can work efficiently from home? I feel like it’s a much more sustainable option.

I want to work for The Walt Disney Company corporate offices. Anywhere. I don't care where there's an office. I want to work for that company. I don't know how to drive in rain or snow, but if they have an office in places that snow, I WILL MAKE THE SACRIFICE 🤣
