Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

Hey, I have 4 YOE and currently a manager at PwC and have been managing teams for a little over a year now. My role mainly consists of leading teams of engineers deliver MVPs to our clients.
If I wanted to exit to Google or Facebook (Meta) what role would align for me? I was looking at engineering manager roles but unsure if that’s too senior for me.

You are not. Accenture is meh
As long as your job at WF is not to sign up innocent customers for multiple unwanted accounts, you should take it.
what’s the role at WF?
Damn, beat me to the question
As someone who worked for Wells, I would avoid. Company culture, technology, and infrastructure is stuck in the past. It was working with a bunch of stubborn people stuck in the good ole boys club.
I worked for Wells Fargo too. And when I was there I got 98% of my bonus every year.
What kind of role at Wells Fargo?
Is it a guaranteed 25% bonus (like a signing bonus), or up to 25% bonus annually)
Annual bonus
Wells has much slower progression. Accenture has more experienced folks to learn from. Depends what you want from role. Wells is a slow burn

Ruuuuuuun
Go to Wells Fargo and come back if you don't like it there
Mentor
Highly relative to the role and what it want to do. Comp wise I’d say it’s a no brainer but if you’re going to hit a fast ceiling or not like your role after a year then it’s not a good idea.
WF. Never got close to that bonus at ACN
Generally if you leave your consulting company on good terms, you can boomerang back. Given the pay increase at WF, definitely worth the move.
Go. You are young it sounds like. Try something diff and surely pays more!!
