That is crazy unbelievable that u have NEVER gotten a raise. I got a less than 1% raise plus a tiny bonus at least when I was only hear for a few months initially.

I’m am curious as well. I have been with Accenture for 3 years. Have always had high reviews and praise from leadership but no promo and shitty raise/bonus. CD&O as well

Platinion isn’t the same as classic BCG, right? It’s their IT implementation arm or something? Congrats OP, a great move regardless!
^idk how others feel but I don’t think we segregate like that. Just other branches with different value adds. Still competitive
That’s not true. The strategy arm makes almost 50k more per person and the firm pays for their MBAs, which isn’t true of Platinion. They definitely segregate and find tech consulting a lower investment.
You have to know your market value. I’m a 2nd yr Manager moving to industry for an executive-level role... I’m only entertaining opps with at least a 100k increase in base salary.
What is your base salary at ACN before the leave?
Signing bonus 7.5k, base 150k.

It’s not about time or hard work at Accenture, it’s all about connections. A strong relationship with your manager and having the right CC are important. The company has zero transparency of who gets paid what and why. It’s awful.
