Accepted an offer from BCG today after nearly 5 years with Accenture. Only just now received my first raise from Accenture this year for a whopping 5% and 4% bonus.

What do you think Verizon India's plans are to keep up with market inflation and rising job salary slabs? Attrition has been high, and understandably so. If you again get the same routine ~10% hike at year end, would you leave?

Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. Regarding AI, I find this field fascinating but I feel like it requires a lot of experience, degrees and diplomas.

I am confused which should I select, trusting Cognizant and joining on less or going for one the company mentioned above.

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. Hi PwCers: have an intro call coming up for a deals strategy role within pwc. Have more of a financial diligence background but have worked on a few large transactions where I worked closely with CDD. Any tips on how to best position myself in the intro calls?

Also what is the difference between Deals Strategy between pwc vs S&? The descriptions seem fairly equal to me.

In general (not only during Pandemic) - If you are a fully remote (not due to COVID) worker in a high COL city (lets say NYC/LA/DC/Chicago) and move to a different city/state in the middle of no where (Montana/Puerto Rico/Alaska/Where ever).
Should your employer adjust your income accordingly per your new COL? Aside from state tax/laws/etc... Will your employer have any issues with your move?
