I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???
Please help asap.

As an account person, if youre working on a big brand, the size of your agency doesnt matter.
Id work at the agency with the better creative reputation, assuming all other things are equal.
If the smaller agency is independently owned, thats a bonus too. The holding groups are just a bad influence these days.
Moving from big to small does not hurt your chance for opportunity. What matters is what opportunities are there for your growth. Larger teams could mean that you're just a face and you can be invisible. Smaller teams can provide larger visibility and a chance to make a great impression. It all depends on what your goals are and if you want the challenge of being ready now on a small team, or coasting on a larger team.
Are you still an assistant after year 5? I think it matters what brand and work you are doing. That is what will set you apart from your competition.
I'd say go with the agency that best suits your personal values and morals. Some agencies here in the Philippines says the same but at the end of the day, it's going to be internal chemistry, whether you can fit right in or not. While some treats you like machines/robots while others treat you humanely. Research their corporate climate first.
I agree it really depends (besides pay and benefits and general culture) what type of account/brand you'll be on
