Need genius advice: I have 5 year experience working in L2(3years) and L3(2years) production support roles and never done pure development work but recently I was able to get into EY SC 3 position by improving my knowledge outside my work. Will be joining around November start of the month. Since I some time before joining, I need suggestions what I be prepared for to cope up in my new position. Can anyone also help me understand what are the general Expectations as Senior 3. This is forEY FSO.
L.E.K. Consulting reached out for a lateral manager role. Tagline: Role that focuses on growth strategy projects as opposed to due diligence, so better WLB. Ok this sounds interesting, but i currently work for a similar T2 strategy shop, similar work. My questions are, what is this deal (truly better WLB?) and what is the typical pay for M/SM?

Aligned to PRD but working in Resources role...it was interesting and I was new (experienced hire), so it got me off the bench. Been working outside of PRD ever since
Thanks A2...consultant so not that important
Yep. Worry about your chargeability and being liked by everyone. It's really easy at this stage.
In the new model, it will hurt you a bit because you won't have any one familiar with your work representing you in the OU talent discussions, you'll be 100% reliant on your CC.
