There aren’t that many big law firms that do SALT. Are you willing to try a different area of tax to widen the opportunities?

Depending on your year in B4, there shouldn’t be much of a substantive/content learning curve, just a transactional drafting and deal process learning curve. I know plenty of B4 colleagues who’s tax technical knowledge far exceeds what I’ve seen in big law lol

It is hell. I worked there. They're super disorganized and unprofessional and they have no standards for how people should treat one-another. I've heard from associates in several of their offices that it's the same for them.
...constant verbal abuse, screaming, throwing things, rampant nepotism, insane control tactics and a management team that's completely incompetent at addressing it.
