Offer 1: Base 109K, Remote (I am in FL), $60k RSUs (4-year vesting), bonus up to 15%, a PM role which interests me but I don't immediately have background in. I will be able to stay near friends/family

Offer 2: $145k base, San Francisco area (company will pay for move), $50k signing, $105k RSU (4-year vesting), bonus up to 15%, is a supply chain role that I have background and slightly more interest in, but requires long 10-12 hour days on average.

How do real estate lenders take cash flow into consideration? I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.
