Hi all! I’m looking to connect with folks who either work at Coinbase or have interviewed recently for the Business Operations and Strategy Manager or similar role. I am looking to schedule my first interview which I believe is a consulting style case. So any details you can provide, I am all ears. The next interview will be a presentation. Again if you have any experience/advice on this, I’m ready to listen.
Thanks in advance! Help me escape Deloitte pleaseeee. I want this job sooo much!

145k in the Bay Area does not go anywhere near what 109k in FL gets you, keep COL in mind.
Better than the Bay Area in my view
I mean it’s totally up to you based off your preferences and what your looking for - they’re both very solid companies by your post:
Offer 1: Better WLB, closer to fam
Offer 2: Comp, change in scenery
Have to go with what you want not what other people think.
I'd personally take the $145K role. Just gives you more leverage to jump to the next role in 1-1.5 years.
But then, I'm not you and you're not me. Evaluate what's important to you.
Moving to a state that has a different political POV could raise some challenges as well, plus difference in taxes. Take those into consideration too.
Offer 2 is apple I’m assuming?
What? Like just on the week days? And what's department are you in? Does that make a difference
I would choose the job that allows you to reach your long term goals. My personal vote is with Option 2.
Option 2. Sounds more up your alley.
If the second is Apple, I would advise against it or negotiate up
Unless you enjoy working very long hours, that one is no beuno
Edit: oh it looks like you're aware of that.. in which case it's up to you I guess, but I still would advise against it

If you want Apple on the resume you can work at an Apple store for a little while. The resume scanning bots are pretty bad.
OP: Did you take the offer? In a similar situation and curious what your ended up doing.
