I’ve seen a couple of Senior Managers <30 yrs old at AFS (usually 28-29). Definitely possible for high performers who join right after college.
The youngest one I personally know is early 30s. He’s been with AFS for almost his entire career
My sister’s friend (29) just got promoted to Sr. Manager within the past few months at Accenture. She’s been working there her entire career. Not sure how much differently they operate from AFS in terms of promotion timeline.
A few straight from undergrad might make it in 8-9 years but that’s pretty rare. In general, most SMs are mid 30s and up. It’s a very natural stopping point for most people’s career so there’s a lot in their 40s and 50s too.
