Personally, I’d wait until the background check is complete, just to be sure everything clears. It’ll give you peace of mind before you give your notice. That way, you’re not caught in a tricky situation if anything unexpected comes up.

Always always after! I accepted a verbal offer, waiting for the CEO to come back from a vacation to sign an official one. Guess what? They declined the offer for no apparent reason… after 3 successful interviews.

I'd wait until after. All these offers are typically contingent on a background check. You have nothing to worry about if you have nothing that will cause you to not pass a background check
