After my L3 loop interview, the recruiter said feedback was very positive and moved me to team matching. The original team chose another candidate, but I then spoke with three additional teams and felt the conversations went well. It’s now been 6+ weeks since those calls, despite follow-ups, I haven’t heard back. My application status still shows “interview scheduled,” but it feels like a dead end at this point. Not sure if there’s anything else I can do including applying for new job postings.

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".
