After several rounds of interviews, I was offered a position with BOA. They will be conducting a background check and Im curious how a simple assault charge on my background from 2010 will affect my ability to progress in the process. (For context, I was in a domestic situation where my roommate attacked me and I retaliated and threw a plate at spaghetti at him..long story short, we were both taken in and charged. When I am looking at an email attachment in Outlook it shows the Google Chrome logo but when I open, it opens in Adobe which is what I want. Even though it is opening an Adobe, my boss would like it to show the Adobe icon instead of chrome next to the attachment… anyone know how to do this ?

Hi all, I have a question regarding retirement accounts. I am not sure if I should choose a Roth or 401k (company has 4+2% match). Currently 23, base salary is ~100k and investments have brought 45k this year which has me teetering between a 22-24% tax bracket. Wondering what the usual tax bracket is of people retired (around 65yo) as I’m not sure anything would bring in significant income with the exception of investments. In my case would a Roth make sense? Appreciate any answers!!
