This is not true.Due to weather and thunderstorms, flights departing to ORD are subject to delay. Flights leaving are subject to a delay due to traffic. That said, at no point has the airport shut off all traffic in or out today. Thanks for the attempts at alternative facts.

Does anyone else feel that burn out and being overworked has been normalized post-COVID? I have this feeling that given we were pushed to unbearable limits during COVID, the expectation is we produce the same level of output/productivity following the pandemic which I find to be unrealistic long term and will lead to a burnout culture. Not a celebration of Pakistan concluding the obvious - the fact that it took 5 months to sort out this is discrimination in its own right. That said, Pakistan has renovated and built many Hindu / Sikh temples recently and I hope that trend continues.

Hello UX people, I need your thoughts here. A friend of mine has been in the market for a UX job for over a year. He's very green with only internship experience.

Recently, he was interviewing with a company who asked him to do a take home UX case study on their product. He sent it over a couple weeks ago and they ghosted him.

It feels incredibly unethical, but I'm wondering if this is standard practice at companies?

What's your organization's stance on surveys? I've been in the HR department of my organization for a year and a half, we've never sent any type of engagement, satisfaction, NPS, etc. survey to employees. I've just been made aware that our Executive team and our CEO are not a fan of employee surveys so that's why we don't do them. Is this...normal? Or is it dysfunctional as an HR department to not be doing surveys?
