All AMs on my account are supposed to get planning training, our CS VP was replaced with a VP of Planning but they kept the CS SVP. They said this is part of an “industry trend”. Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve been on the CS side for a while and don’t know the first thing about planning… feeling a bit unnerving about the switch but also open to it if it will benefit my career. Thoughts?

Our company is attempting to move from basic agile to the scaled agile framework (SAFe). In preparation, we are trying to make clear who will fit into each role. There’s some confusion around the “business owner” role, and what titles might assume the role. Would an IT manager be an example of a “Business Owner”? IT director? Management on the business side?

I just switched jobs only to find out their processes and software are outdated. I’m afraid that I will lose my skills in the new automation and marketing platforms like HubSpot. I have 2 offers 1. Start up 60 LPA EM role, 40K ESPOS , 2 . Well known public listed company 51 lpa ( Lead Role) 90K RSUs . I said yes to second after some negotiation. So my question is, if I change the states but the new location is under 50 miles will that be a problem for my green card application? Promoted to AE in the fall and have gotten no negative feedback whatsoever- I ask consistently. I have notes saved from clients, VPs, ECDs etc singing my praises and have been getting AS offers at other agencies since October. I am confident that I am ready for a promotion to AS as I am doing the duties of the empty position above me but am worried that I will look greedy asking this soon.
