All, looking for a comp. check at Slalom since their titles don't follow the standard paradigm. I'm a 2nd year senior manager with account management responsibilities and 10+ years of experience. Does anyone know what the range of starting salaries is for Slalom? For reference, West Monroe Partners would be 180-190k.

It seems like Slalom would be in that ballpark.

One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments

They like “home grown” talent and I “be worked hard and risen relatively quickly (AGC in 9 years). I work hard and get a lot of complicated deals done (structured products and private funds). Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title.
