All the big 4s have flourishing tech consulting practice. What’s the career roadmap for someone who is a SAP or Pega or Salesforce architect and likes to work on technical stuff than sales.

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). I'm working on skills to reposition myself from a branch of tech where certifications are mandatory and required to even interview into DevOps or software development. I'm currently taking some online classes in Jenkins, docker, python. I've found a few certifications you can test for. I'd love to be able to go into a mid level position vs Jr in the next few years. A) Are these types of certs helpful or useless? B) what skills differentiate Jr and mid level positions?

Even without LinkedIn, I see a lot of people younger than me in much better roles. They started off with relevant jobs right out of college. I graduated in 2009 when the economy tanked and worked in retail for years before I was finally able to land in corporate. Does anybody else struggle with this as well? I’m constantly comparing myself to others who are younger than me.
