Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

lol does it even matter? Havas is about the bottom of the barrel creatively and I wouldn’t see that changing.
you must be awfully fun at parties

That’s surprising, hasn’t she been there for over 25+ years? I think she started as an intern and worked her way up. Wasn’t a fan personally but good for her for moving on.

She was a blast if she liked you. No idea why she left but her note suggested it wasn't her decision, or at least not planned. She'll land fine, and without the stench of Hellvas, she may even get better. But it could be a wild ride for her. Only knowing 1 place for 20+ years could be in for a rude awakening. My guess is she steps into CoLab or does the the 1-year plan at Grey or The Bloc like everyone else.

Being in creative leadership at Grey and The Bloc is a revolving door job. 1 year max
Hey only Havas people are allowed to trash our company give us some room 😉😉
Thoughts on her leadership? Does this make DH a place we want to be more or less?

Less
That’s wild news
Curious where she lands next. I can think of a few smaller agencies that are in need of a CCO.
She just announced on LinkedIn that she’s the new CCO at Digitas Health
That is Publicis
