Am I sitting here, responding to emails on a Sunday afternoon? Yes. Am I a sucker for giving up my weekend? Yes. How often do you respond to work emails on your days off?

Monday is a holiday. Relax until Tuesday morning.

Never, that’s my weekend. I encourage my direct reports to do the same. Monday always comes around way too soon as it is.

like

I don’t work on weekends unless it’s my scheduled Saturday to work. I value work-life balance, so I don’t work past 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, and I don’t work on weekends. Anything that hits my inbox while I’m off can wait until I’m back in the office and getting paid to work.

never. it can wait until Monday

Never

I’m a very supportive manager with a relatively new team so I do the best I can to check in a least once a weekend to make sure nothing incredibly urgent comes up. However, I do get paid for overtime

Neither me or my wife does any work outside of regular business hours. She is a contract worker and is only allowed to work 40 hours per week because her contract is hourly. I'm salary and I salary based on 40 hours so I work 40 hours.

Why even look?

Zero , never, zilch

Hello! What is the best way to structure a discovery call for SaaS sales? e.g. share a deck, only focus on their use case (current state, goals, pain, etc.), share a story, etc. Lastly, how do you go further than surface level, like if they mention they are having issues with xyz, which is usually a symptom of the problem and not the problem itself. Any info would be appreciated, thanks.
