Am I wrong for thinking some of my MBB colleagues are incompetent

Those who exited MBB, what were your options? I know I don’t want to stay in consulting and feel like trying industry soon. Most of my background is in finance and strategy.

I am currently working at a T2 strategy firm in London and my partner and I want to relocate in ~1.5 years. My firm does not have an office in Dubai whilst my partners firm does. Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). I have a BS/MS/PhD in engineering and an MBA in business analytics. Currently making 100k as an engineer IV.
