Amazon’s interview guide says that the Loop panel will make a “unanimous decision” on yes or no! What does this mean? What if I had 5 interviews, 4 of them say yes and one of them says no? Will the other 4 convince the one who said no, as to why the candidate is a yes. Or will the candidate just get rejected because one of them said no?

Does any law office, for the most part, have “good” reviews, especially family law? The reviews I read on lots of law office pages are usually people who are accusing the firm of over-billing, not doing enough work or losing/obtaining an unfavorable outcome. I made it through the first 2 interviews and I think it went well. How long does it usually take to find out if you move on to the final interview round?

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill
