In tcs my joining date is passed still not received onboarding link.
Is it normal there because been 4 days delay still they are not giving any update.
It’s kinda hectic to call every time to recruiter and get back with the same answer like work in process.
Should I even expect the joining date?
Let me know if anyone faced that kind of situation before. Tata Consultancy even onboarding manger is not giving Reply’s to my. Mails
I am on Bench for the past 2 months in
IBM and I got 2 interview calls but it doesn't suite my profile/requirement and my band is 6B And how many calls I can attend in IBM ? Can I wait for some more time or shall I look for other opportunities? is IBM bench is safe now a days ? IBM Tata Consultancy Infosys Accenture

It comes down to the hiring manager and the bar raiser. Bar raised can veto anyone but everyone shares their feedback with each other during a debrief.
This is correct. Basically, the HM and bar raiser have to end up inclined after the discussion with all interviewers. Bar raiser facilitates the discussion.
Dont play guess the LP and dont play guess the bar raiser. Do your best answer questions in star format. You got this.
More importantly don’t repeat / recycle stories; during the debrief everyone exchanges notes and if you don’t have unique experiences - it weighs against you
