What do folks here think of working at Vanguard?
Wow this group is quiet....... 🦗 🦗 🦗
I'm serving notice period in TCS and my last day is in 2 weeks. I requested for pickup of laptop in the portal but I came to know that it will take time for pickup and I won't be available if they come late. So I decided to go to office and surrender the laptop as I'm in the location of office only. Is there a seperate request to be raised for surrender of laptop and how to cancel the existing request for pickup. Please guide.Tata Consultancy

If you make the switch to Sapphire, I’d consider doing the CSP and upgrading to the CSR in a year. There’s a promotional SUB for the CSP right now: 80k points (Spend $4k in 3 months), $50 grocery credit, AF waived for the first year if you sign up at a branch.
The CSR is 60k points I believe. So you’d be missing out on 20k points and the $50 grocery credit. Plus you’d have the annual fee, even if it is effectively $70 for you. So the CSP is effectively $120 cheaper.
The CSR does get 3x points in some areas (dining, travel) that the CSP only gets 2x, but to make up for the 20k point difference in SUB, you’d have to spend at least $20k on those categories. Plus if you have a Freedom card, you can just use that and get 3x on dining, then you’re only missing 3x travel.
Do not spend you own money on the green American Express card unless you charge tens of thousands of dollars
If your firm doesn’t require it, there’s no reason to use it. 1% back with no bonus categories is terrible
