I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

Are there any debt consolidation options for a professional family man with a decent credit score, who's let high interest credit card debt get out of hand? You can probably get some points. Be aware that American tends to have mor delays than Delta so switching won’t help. It’s also a much suckier airline in general. At least 60%of my AA flights are delayed in a year

Would you rather have 5x amex MR points or 3x chase UR points for each dollar spent on flights? Why? Company let's me book flights on personal cards and trying to decide which to choose.

Is CSR still worth it? I already used the complimentary Lyft membership? It just expired. and I already used the DoorDash benefit. Their fees are going up to $550

My fiancé and I both have the CSR card and Freedom Unlimited combo and love them. We are thinking of adding another card and we were considering the Amex Platinum (to diversity transfer partners) or likely a United card for lounge access since we live in Chicago.
