We flew back from Ireland today on Delta. Our connecting flight from JFK at 6:10 was cancelled while we were flying over the Atlantic Ocean, and we were rebooked on a 3:40 instead (2.5 hours earlier) but not notified. I received no email, text or app notification of the flight cancellation or the new flight we were placed on, so we missed it. So pissed! Paid tax firm $400 to file my taxes in 3 multiple states, they didn’t file my non resident NY tax efile saying i have to do it myself. Without providing the reason why and any instructions on how to do so, just saying it’s in its in the bundle prepared, just file it yourself. I cant even figure out how to file it on my own.
