That’s a tricky one. I don’t know of a site that allows you to search award flights to any destination for a given date. I usually start with google flights, you can select the carrier you are looking for (I.e. sky team) and then play around with the map/regions for your given dates. This would be in dollar amount, but would give you an idea of the ones that are less expensive. Delta allows you to pay down the fare cost with points at a rate of $100 per 10k points, without doing a full award ticket. I do this one times if it is cheaper than the award fare.

Otherwise look at sites that poll together award flight deals. A quick google search would bring up some. Also carriers have award sales that they advertise and release sometimes.

Is there anybody who moved to International Tax Team from another team? Currently promoted senior and I have been working on international tax items, but I feel like I am in lack of training and supervision compared to actual person in ITS. I also do a lot of domestic work, but part of me really enjoys international tax and want to specialize in it How hard is it to change teams as a senior (from a non ITS group), and are they hiring or even open to internal transfers at the moment?
