Awesome!!
If you don't exercise or change your habits and activity routine then it's difficult to lose weight. Start with morning walks, yoga and a healthy diet plan. Once you feel comfortable switch to physical exercise and home exercise routine. Without solid efforts you can't achieve your goal so get out of your comfort zone.

Hey shark, apologies if it seems rude, I was looking for job opportunities in cyber security domain. Is it possible for you to help me with referral. Thanks
Try fasting, fasting will help you control your appetite
Excercise is also mandatory but diet control with proper sleep is must for weight loss.
Just excercise alone won't help in weight loss
NOTE: I AM NOT A MEDICAL CERTIFIED EXPERT. THIS IS JUST MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. CANT SAY WHICH OF THE THINGS THAT I DID HELPED ME.
Hi, I am in same situation nearly an year ago. I am 5.11" and increased my weight from 82kg to 94kg during COVID. This is mainly because I moved to Hometown and had very less physical work all day. I was equally worried as you.
Once I realised that I gained a lot of weight, I moved from my hometown to Bangalore. I know that going to gym won't work for me (Went once in past, but dropped off after 2 months). So, followed the below things.
Started using cold/wood pressed oils (Gingerly Oil/Groundnut oil) or Cow Ghee that too in reduced quantity. Started eating early 8AM breakfast, 12 PM lunch and 7PM dinner. (Reduced quantity). Stopped eating junk , food containing Maida and oily foods and cool drinks. If I felt hungry, I ate few fruits. Avoid eating out. Started doing household chores along with my wife. (Things which has more physical works). A short 1-2km walk on the street after dinner.
Doing this consistently over months and it showed very good results for me. Now I am 79kg which was quite within my BMI limit. Also, could see my older clothes started to fit again and the ones that I purchased during COVID time are quite loose for me.
Hope it helps. Consistency and commitment are very crucial to achieve it. Normally I used to have high metabolic rate (I remember hearing it from my doctor in the past, not sure when it is). This may have also helped me reduce to such an extent.
Join Fittr
Joining won't help. Need to exercise and follow a diet regime.
Google FITTER.COM
Just this site once. It is really great platform.
You can check their insta page too.
Make a home gym with gym mats, treadmill and other equipment you require. Follow an exercise routine as per a particular workout app (can use six pack app abs in 30 days in Play store or any other apps you like). Try exercising for 10 mins everyday. The feeling and sense of achievement will make you a fitness enthusiast soon.
PS: Keep a weighing machine in the gym and chart your weight frequently. This will keep up the motivation.
If your sole purpose is to lose weight then intermittent fasting is the best way to go forward imo. For best results reduce carbs intake slightly (but not completely please, it sometimes results in rapid drop in bp) and exercise (light cardio preferred) in the 10th to 12th hour of fasting.
But there are other associated health problems with overweight (which are honestly more concerning than the weight itself). For that you need medium to heavy cardio at least 3 times a week. And you'll have to form a habit for it as well.
Cycling start kar do, atleast 30 minutes daily
if need intense and non boring exercises join MMA
if workouts and pushups pullups skipping are not ur thing i would suggest join swimming
i myself find home exercise boring but
i think
for you best option would be 3 days gym/mma/boxing and 3 days something light and which you can enjoy
and i know you will read it everywhere but stop eating junk will help you alot
Also try to go for outings and movies twice in a month and be happy 😊
Join healthyfy . It will be helping you. I can reffer you if you want.
U can join fittr, healthyfy. But before that I would like to give u suggestion that try to make changes in ur life style. Start with small activities and mindful eating (increase your protein intake slowly+eat fiber rich food+drink min 3 ltr water).
Once you the above things are your habbit then you can think to join gym.
Never do the strict diet you will fail soon, always try to change in your lifestyle. Hope it will help.
Get a smartwatch jog atleast 5000 steps a day. Do it everyday no excuses. Reduce carbohydrate intake. Do this for atleast 3 months u will start seeing the results.
Reduce your work time.
Start going to gym in the morning, don't do heavy exercise.
Stop eating Junk Food.
Chief
Control you diet. Start with walking and do resistance exercise with pair of dumbles at home
Dude, start taking breaks!
Make it a habit to walk around every 30-40 mins. Drink a lot of water. Say NO to calorie dense food.
