Hi there. Ex Deloitte Sr Mgr here, currently in tech pre sales (SaaS / MarTech). Recently spoke to both Salesforce and Adobe recruiters for roles that I thought were lateral moves (Sr SA / Sr SC), therefore I did not proceed with the selection process. The recruiters from both companies told me they typically hire at that level, and people are considered for promotion to Principal in 1 to 2 years. I found that odd. Is that right? What’s the typical TC for SAs and SCs there? (15+ yrs exp).

Does Natwest bank pay as competitive as Morgan Stanley Deutsche Bank. I mean Associate in MS and DB ranges from 20 to 30 lakh. So clearly money is your motivation because you spoke of 3 companies and money offered by them. So go where they give you max money.
If EY agrees to match I would say stay for 4-5 months and then start looking for offers and then you would get decent 30-50% hike over your current CTC which would be 12 LPA. But it would also depend and yoe and tech stack to be completely honest.
Until ey increases your CTC no point in staying back.
If they do then switch mid year 2022

Most of the service companies do this trick to match offer. And most of the people don't stay. Don't be misunderstood if they start praising your capabilities, and that's y they want you to stay.
Ask them why they want you to stay?.
