You are not supposed to use your left leg at all, use right for both brake and accelerator
In automatic vehicles, your left leg should be placed on the footrest if provided or on the floor without being used for either braking or acceleration. You should be only using the right leg. It is same as you would in a manual gear vehicle - right leg for break and accelerator and left for clutch. However as there is no clutch in automatics, you do not use your left leg at all.
Why? - Because if you use both legs you may press the brake and accelerator together in panic situations.
Abhi tak toh laga di hogi na.. Or still waiting? 😂
Brake is always Left and accelerator is always right
operation would be similar to manual, the only difference being: your clutch leg shall be at rest.
If you press brake with Left leg, then the vehicle will stop immediately. Avoid using left leg in automatic vehicle.
When you’re in your automatic vehicle make sure never to use your left leg to do anything. This is especially true if you’re coming from manual cars experience.
Automatic feels like a toy 🧸 but it is so convenient ❤️
