The candidate manager told I will get permanent with Atlassian within 6 months. Can I trust this of getting permanent with Atlassian in specified time frame and consider this offer?

Is it a fail of character leaving biglaw? I want to leave, but despite the constant stress and suffering, I can’t avoid feeling like it’s my fault or that maybe I’m over exaggerating how I feel. I’m currently a third year in my small firm’s life sciences team. I’m not really stimulated by the work and although they say they have a lot of work, they’re not good at managing workload. I haven’t had much work on my plate even after asking many times for more than six months. I’m ready to move to a larger law firm. However, I am concerned how I’ll manage the workload as a mom to a toddler. The good thing about my firm is that they’re flexible with hours. Anyone have experience balancing?

I’m really liking DMZ mode in Warzone. I think they have some real potential with this game mode. I like that it’s not as sweaty as Tarkov but still has some elements of it. Still in beta but I hope they realize they have a potential gem here.
