I wouldn't wait, he will want to know immediately. It's awful to share bad news, especially when things are already stressful. But he will be more hurt by finding out that you waited to tell him. Make a nice dinner, have a glass of wine, and tell him when he's relaxed
I'm so sorry to hear this OP, I hope you're doing as okay as you can be right now. I would tell him as soon as you're ready. Even with all of the stress he's dealing with, I'm sure he'll want to know as soon as possible. Marriage is a partnership, he's clearly been sharing with you (as he should), you should be able to do the same.
Hey OP. I've recently been going through this myself. Had laser last week and it was not near as bad as I was worried it would be! If the roles were reversed and your husband had bad health news to share, I bet you would want him to tell you right away, right?
So sorry to hear this. Let him know as soon as possible and be open if he wants to come to the doctor appt with you.
Gosh OP, that sounds like a really hard thing to go through and I am so sorry you have to deal with that. In sickness and in health....that is the part to remember. You and your spouse will get through this if you lean on each other.
