I have accepted an offer for BA3 band for 10 LPA (46% hike). Is this a good offer or was I low balled ? Wanted to know as this is my first switch so I cannot judge if this is a good offer or not.
I had communicated my expected salary of 11 LPA (fixed) during negotiations for which HR said she would have to ask the concerned team. I then said that I am willing to negotiate and was offered 10. Was this wise or should I have waited ?

We are currently in India and between me and my wife we make 1.3cr annually and live in hyderabad with own home. I do have a L1 visa and wife wants to shift to US and i expect we can get to about 325k through transfers in our respective companies. I want to stay in India so we can spend time with both of our parents next 10-15 years...
