How does the project pipeline looks like for TC?
Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

What is your audience concerned about? What are they trying to improve? Is their priority cost-savings, time-savings, more productive hiring pipelines, boosted sales, diversifying suppliers to plan against to macro supply shortages? There’s different language for all of these scenarios, but the thing that unifies them all is the person in charge of making decisions using your tool needs to know how it will impact their interests. You should care about this because otherwise no one will use your dashboards and you can’t create business value if that’s the reality. If you’re not familiar with the concept of the “So what…” in a presentation, I would recommend exploring it because it will give you good framing for how to think about selling the presentation. Moving from strategy to tech, the biggest gap I see is a misunderstanding that presentations on technical topics need to be technical or in the weeds. They don’t. If you present to business people, it’s a business presentation, if you present to tech folks, it’s a tech presentation, if you present to children, adjust accordingly. Conceptually, I think you should be able to explain your work and sell it to these three groups.
