I love my job but Im underpaid despite being here 10 years. I just found out they are hiring new hires higher than me and Im the one training them.

I decided to look online and found a recruiter offering a similar job. I have an interview tomorrow and the range is 20-30k above what I make.
1. How do i position this to my boss about matching the offer
2. If the new company says its an avg of 140-150k total comp, what should my number be to get me to leave? Would 200k be insulting?

Interviewed on 12th August , got selection mail 2 days later asking to upload docs. The HR discussion has happened on 27th august and same day I did also receive CTC breakup(acknowledged same day).
Recently on 15th September , status in ibegin changed from evaluation in progress to evaluated
Can I expect an offer anytime soon?

Apart from the pandemic year, how's hike and bonus in EY GDS in general?

I've heard that last year was rough but in general its good. Is that true?

I'm joining next month. Can i expect an annual hike of 10℅+ and bonus > 10℅ (which is target VP at my rank, 42) going forward?? Or is this unrealistic?

I know that it comes down to individual performance and other business factors. But still, could you all pls advise me so that i can know what to expect.

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Booz Allen Hamilton rescinded my offer because my current firm will not waive the non-compete clause in our employee agreement. It was allegedly a capability hire, and not tied to a particular project.

I work one level above entry level, and really shouldn’t even have such a restrictive non-compete.

I’ve already resigned, and would prefer to be unemployed rather than continue working here.

How do you deal with an SO also in consulting that works so much because she/he is a constant overachiever? My wife is the type to lead multiple ERGs, coordinate volunteering events, jump in and do extra BD work, says yes to everything basically....
