I am a Certified Pharmacy Technician, with 21 years of experience. I work at an independent pharmacy outside of Charlotte, NC. I make $18.75 an hour and had to fight/beg for that. I do not feel that I am being paid near enough for the work I do. I am wondering what others in the area make, so I can go back to my boss and ask for more. I am so fed up, I want to move on to something else, but I have no idea where to start.

Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. I’ve been trying vitamin D and working out, but it makes my “highs” and “low” SO extreme. The simplest things are so complex in my mind.

I am 25 F. Working in Aerospace & Military Defence Co as a Technical Buyer. I have 2 years expierence within administrative roles, 1 year in procurement. I got this role after interviewing for one below (purchasing assistant) the salary for that role was 21-24K. I was already on 24K so they offered me the same salary - however, the buyer role came up and they offered me this instead but same salary -24K. I have a pay review in April, I want to ask for 28K, is this too much?

I've been engaged in the Google SWE interview process for the last couple months. Just got confirmation today I passed Hiring Committee and will go into team matching.

Wanted to know, is an offer likely at this point or is it a coin toss? I am open to most locations and most areas of work aside from cloud and mobile, but am willing to be more flexible if need be.

Need some inputs. My BU just went into a reorg which has benefitted me and I got a promise to a fast track promotion within 18 months of my joining. Hi all - I’m currently in GBO sales and got an offer for a role in the GBO company plan. I’ll be the same level (5) and location (NYC) but my total compensation will be $20k lower with the company plan. Is this common? Has anyone been able to negotiate comp when switching teams within Google?
