Manager at Accenture (70k£ base + 5000£ allowance, this would be a promotion)

Had a confirming interview with an MD earlier this morning with Accenture. I’m sure I’m overthinking it, but feel like it could’ve gone better. Does Accenture typically get back pretty soon with a decision regardless?
