Easier switch: Amazon, UPS or retail.
Medium switch: Desk job at USPS etc. A degree or a friend in corporate might be helpful here.
Harder switch: Coding boot camp, that switches you over tech.

I'd recommend doing a search for other Federal government jobs at www.usajobs.gov . You can look search using various criteria like location, job grade level, key words. I'd recommend first doing a search just in your State and limit the search to a few entry level job grades like GS-1 to GS-9 and see what shows. Then, after you are comfortable looking at the results of the search, Doing other searches and look at what you qualify for and consider applying. If you have some college courses or a degree and the job requires a certain level of academic coursework or a degree, it helps to have copied of your college transcripts available for upload. And make sure you send all the documents requested on the job posting,

Hi - I’ve moved to Toronto (from Asia) with 5 YOE in Corporate banking + 2 YOE IB/capital markets (7 YOE in TOTAL) working roles in Front Office and financial analysis.

Believe I’d be a great fit as an Associate in the same space at the major banks (RBC, TD, Scotia, CIBC etc) or in PE/ Asset management.

Could someone help by mentioning the salary ranges I can expect?

Also any tips on networking would be appreciated. Thank you!

I'm at a career juncture and have decided on a career in anti-money laundering as my new path. I'm also highly interested in additional education to further my career and am eyeing graduate school. Which is best? A law degree or a master's in international relations? Those are where my interests lie. I keep reading that JDs are valued in compliance but am wondering if a different graduate program is better for my goals. I already plan to obtain the CAMS certification. Thank you!
