A colleague and I were tasked with rolling out an ongoing training. I’ve done 90+% of the work and am annoyed she’s receiving credit by the broader team. I’ve spoken to her about distribution of work, but she does none of what she’s assigned to (she’s acknowledged handling the tasks and has the bandwidth) and acts like it’s a new ask the 2nd/3rd time I follow up. I make it clear to my boss what I’m working on, but doesn’t address the imbalance. How can I better manage this situation?

Advice needed: looking to leave public accounting and tax for good. I have two offers between a financial analyst and an accountant role. Based on your experience, which of the two has the best/better exit opportunities (should I decide to pursue the finance realm or something else) and better work life balance? The bigger pay as an analyst is tempting, but the company benefits are meh.

I got a full time offer in RSM, they are willing to sponsor my tier 2 visa. I am currently on a student visa. Which offer would you choose and why, Disney AFRP in LA or Big 4 Audit in large southern metro? Pay is similar (~$60K). AFRP rotations include: 1. Transactional Accounting, 2. Financial Reporting, 3. Audit & Compliance, 4. Finance.
Will the AFRP make me a more desirable candidate for future FP&A/ strategy-type roles, as opposed to audit? Are the doors opened by the the AFRP worth the quality of life of living in LA on $60K? Thanks in advance for the advice.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate so much and feel very lucky to have a job BUT I am losing all the energy and excitement regardles of the project. Every day I struggle with going back to this consulting work. I just don't have the energy to focus (this is not the case for other things and side hustles). I manage to keep it down and deliver but I fear it's a matter of time until I fail. Trying to find an exit/job but had 1 interview in 3 months. I feel trapped and guilty for feeling this.
