i have joined accenture in sep 2021 , and i am in a development project in .net technology. But since i was from non cs/it background i am facing lot of difficulty in coding and more over there is only me who is given complete .net work , there is no team for .net in our project, i am the only one and now i am not finding interest in coding and also everyday i am under pressure . I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here.
