I am an IT staff auditor with two years of experience. I have an interview coming up at a f500 company. They put the pay scale between $69000 and $99000 for this role. What should I ask for if they ask me how much compensation I am looking for? TIA.

Currently working as a Relationship Banker. Haven’t had no complaints with how Chase has handled the pandemic from the consumer banking side. Recently I was asked if I was interested in a Financial solutions advisor role at Bank of America. Things have slowly began to pick up at our branch and while I would like to continue my career at Chase. The bump in base salary increases as well as the earning potential. Any advice on how to make a decision? Things to consider besides pay?

I manage programs at multiple hospital across the state. I’ve been doing this with much success for >10yrs (I’m the long standing top performer). When my boss was elevated to Sr Director over many depts, we were promised a manager role would open. That FTE was given to another dept. I have an interview with another division in the same org, it would be lateral move but a growing division. How can i leverage that for a leadership position in my current area? Or should I move on?

I'm lucky I landed C jobs at BCG and Bain in Doha. Please, I need your opinion on the below

1.BCG is T1 in the region while Bain doesn't seem so. Do you confirm? And the trend?

2.Interviews/negotiations went great with Bain vs BCG more acrimonious. Does my experience reflect structural cultural differences (pressure, up or out, cutthroat)?

I have completed the interview process for EY and got positive email from recruiter and said leadership has to provide the approval to generate the offer letter, it’s been almost 10 days and still in the same.
