Mphasis: 16 LPA, WFH till notice, Potential onsite opportunity for Charles schwab account.
Magic Edtech: 20 LPA, WFH atleast till July
YOE: 4.9 Years
Which one should I join considering stability, WLB, WFH and future prospects?
PS: I heard Magic have desktime calculator tool, so not sure how it'll turn out

Do companies have a way to block all VPN connections?

I sent the bills with a cover letter to Aetna via certified mail. I am having so much trouble getting a status on said claim. Does anyone here have experience with that and can assist me? Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .

I just got called about a job on Thursday, showing interest. They’re already back in the office so the job would require me to be. Said they’re classified as an essential business because most of their advertising is for healthcare. Is this a hard red flag? Really Seems like it.
