MIS Junior here. Should I graduate next May and start working or get my Masters in MIS and have 1 more internship? I joined a competitor company due to toxic boss in June 2022 which my previous company has got idea about and have still not recieved F&F money and experience letter since 3 months.
In the offer letter it was written that I am prohibited to join competitor company after resigning but I got to know from sources that such contracts don't hold any relevance. Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.
