Any SAP BASIS/HANA Consultants here?

I really surprised after seeing the salary packages of every individual in this app. I feel myself as low paid and i am not able to understand why?. I have 5.5 years of experience, worked in 3 MNC companies. Still My package is not greater than 10LPA. But I can see 10LPA, 12 LPA for just 2-3 years experienced people. I am not being jealous😂😂. But just I would like to know what's happening in the IT firms? Earlier it was not like this?? can anyone suggest?

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30. Would appreciate any thoughts on how to go about bringing this up without pissing people off because I love the firm and do not want to leave

Hi Fishes, im currently in energy consulting domain. 6 yr YEO. Non IT background with PG. took up a course on advanced certifn. in DS and AI w Intellipaat in the hopes of a hike or a possible career transition. CTC is 7.9 .

Any advice on what should be my realistic expectation after the course and gaining knowledge on Python, SQL, MLops, Power BI, Tableau?

I have been approached with an opportunity at JP Morgan Chase for their private client advisor role. The book is about 30M all in. I am currently an experienced hybrid asset manager wholesaler and have experience in advising as well. Curious about the opportunity with JPM and if it’s worth it. I currently make about 160k and if JPM would give me a high draw for the first 3 years to build, and if it’s feasible to sustain that 160+ there.
