Work out in the morning if you can. If you can't, do it first thing when you get back to the hotel before you eat dinner. For dinner make sure you're thinking healthy with every meal you choose. You get out what you put in- I know it's harder when traveling to establish a habit of it, but you can do it!

Are you driving and then staying in hotel or flying? If I'm driving I actually use my travel money to make my food for entire week. Diet consists of eggs whites and oatmeal for Bfast. Apples and almonds for snack. Lunch is ground turkey and broccli. Snack if needed like avocado. Dinner is same as lunch and then cottage cheese for snack. I seem to be able to fit in all in my lunch bag. I put tons of coolers in the lunch bag until I arrive at hotel. I have 24 hour fitness primarily because I travel a lot but when I'm staying in a hotel I try to make sure I find a hotel w decent gym.

Look up firm policy but you can probably expense gym visits and even get a gym pass if it's more economical.

TRX.

Recruitment firm reached out about Sr. Knowledge Analyst role in your Boston office. What does this roles entail? Are they still client facing consulting roles or back office research?

My wife often calls me by 5:45/6 to ask where I am if I’m not headed home yet. Sometimes she’s stressed with kids/dogs/dinner and really wants me home. This really throws off my concentration because it makes me feel rushed. Like many practices sometimes I’m out at 5:30, other times it’s much later. Just depends and is unpredictable. Any advice on how to approach this?
