I joined Genpact 10 days ago and my Onboarding session is done but after that I didn't get any call from my supervisor or HR for the laptop delivery, shift timings nd all. When I am trying to connect with my HR and Supervisor through email, they are not replying and hiring manager is not picking up the call.

Is it normal, or any action in required from my side, or something need to be worried?

It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. I left a very toxic work environment that deeply effected my mental and physical health and took a very different job to have a change of pace and do something different.
