Do you use Google Jamboard at all? Anything with graphing can be done in a fun way on there! I change the background of the slides to either their default graph or a picture I find of any blank x-y axis. Since Jamboard is the perfect collaborative tool, I’ll make multiple slides with the same background but different equations to graph, then a set of partners must each graph one of the equations on their slide (and they can be doing it at the exact same time, which is so cool!). Then when they are all done, they have a few questions to answer about slides the other students did - like they have to add at least one sticky note of encouragement or praise to two other slides and a positive suggestion to two other slides. It’s such a great tool for peers to get involved with each other while virtual.
Desmos has a graphing calculator that's pretty nice, You don't even need an account.
If you go into linear programming with it, there are some really good Desmos activities and real world business examples to solidify the ideas.
I second the Desmos. Try searching the web. There are some great Desmos activities that don’t show up in the teacher activities. Just add the word Desmos to your topic. So many great resources already made.
