Any tips for someone in Cyber consulting shooting for a business analyst role in industry?

I got offered 100k base + 125 equity for a level 2-1 non tech program manager position in Austin TX. Feels like I’m being lowballed.
Thoughts?

For B4 - For teams with temp (contractor) seniors - I’ve noted that they are held to the same work quality standards of normal full time seniors, while not getting any of the senior trainings or perks that would go with that perm role (just some basic survivals trainings at best), nor the access to the perm positions once they prove they can do the job. Then heard they are viewed as little higher than outsource teams (i.e., the offshore teams only given non-judgmental work). What’s your opinion?

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role. Can anyone provide any advice, or has anyone successfully moved away from sales?

In the interviews they precisely mentioned the role is for "SAP Solutions Architect" and not a normal SAP development role.

It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. My annual perf discussion is monday morning. I work on a tough team for a tough place. Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting. What do you guys think about this? I would be able to predict based on your firm(mbb, big4), your experience, which role you are likely to move (Faang pm, strategy manager, move to mbb). I have all the data to do this, but wanted your thoughts. Would the output of this be relevant to you?

For background: First job out of college - Senior Associate working in tech implementation with various projects under my belt.

I wanted to reschedule my hiring manager screen this week because I tested positive for covid and feeling sick with symptoms. Recruiter seemed annoyed and said hiring manager is busy for the rest of the week so I kept the original time slot. Interview is in 2 hrs and I just don’t feel like doing it esp thinking if this is the work culture

Got an offer. But, the employer is not willing to wait for year end joining bonus. This is already an earned bonus for FY21 with payout 3 months later in Dec.
The sign on doesn’t cover the year end bonus with a gap of 18K. Otherwise, I want to accept the offer. How would you approach this conundrum?
